M. Daniel Slatalla, M.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. M. Daniel currently serves as the Medical Director of the Operating Room and Chief of Anesthesia at Martha's Vineyard Hospital, a position they have held since June 2021. Previously, they worked as the Director of Anesthesia at Digestive Health Associates, a subsidiary of ICON, from October 2020 to May 2021.

Daniel obtained their MD degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, Hahnemann Campus in 1997. In their undergraduate years, they attended Princeton University from 1988 to 1992, majoring in Molecular Biology. Their earlier education includes completing their secondary education at Deerfield Academy from 1986 to 1988.
