Silvia Mota

Silvia Mota serves as the CEO of MEXT, a company established to drive transformation, innovation, incubation, and investments within the Mota-Engil group since November 2022. In addition, Silvia holds the position of Executive Chairwoman at EMERGE - Mota-Engil Real Estate Developers and serves as a Board member at MEWTON since June 2023. Silvia is also the Chair of Mamaland and a Member of the Management Board at Luso Global Mining. Silvia has been a member of the Board of Directors at Martifer since May 2018 and an Administrator at Mota Gestão e Participações, SGPS since January 2013. Prior to current roles, Silvia was the Chief Business Development Officer at Mota-Engil Capital and Head of International Business Development at Mota-Engil Africa & Europa. Education includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, pursued since 2001.
