Richard Callender

Richard Callender is an experienced Senior Building Surveyor with a background in refurbishment, party wall work, and contract administration. Richard has worked at companies such as Martin Arnold, Robinson Low Francis, and Baily Garner. Richard also has experience in pre and post contract programs of work, specifications, building surveys, and schedule of dilapidations from their time at Potter Raper Partnership and Hindwoods. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich, along with diplomas in Building Management and Building Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
