Renata Maroney, CPA, currently serves as Senior Tax Manager at Martin, DeCruze & Company since July 2020, where responsibilities include reviewing multi-state consolidated C corporation returns, managing tax compliance for M&A transactions, and preparing tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Prior to this, Renata spent over a decade at UHY Advisors in various roles, culminating as Tax Principal, managing income tax compliance for corporations and partnerships, and preparing tax provisions. Experience also includes a role as Peer for Career at Baruch College, providing career advice and support. Renata holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University.
