Ashley Stilan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2007, they worked for EDMC, where they held various roles such as HR Services Analyst, Benefits Team Lead, and Admissions Customer Service Representative. During this time, they gained experience in employee relations, training, and data management. In 2013, they joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Senior Benefits Administrator, where they were responsible for managing various benefits programs and coordinating events. Since 2016, Ashley has been working at Harding Mazzotti, LLP. Ashley began as a Human Resources Generalist before being promoted to Human Resources Manager. In their current role, they handle all HR responsibilities except payroll processing and provides support and guidance on employee relations, regulatory compliance, and firm policies. Through their work experience, Ashley has developed a strong background in HR management and employee support.

Ashley Stilan, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science degree in General Experimental Psychology from Bucknell University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Nazareth University between 2001 and 2005. Ashely Stilan also holds additional certifications including the SHRM-CP, obtained from SHRM in April 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, obtained from HRCI in April 2013.
