Tim Patronik

Tim Patronik has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked as a Construction Superintendent for Martin Horn, inc. since May 2001. Prior to that, Tim held positions as Project Superintendent at W.M. Schlosser Company, Inc and Cianbro Corporation. Tim has educational background in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Northern Virginia Community College and Virginia Tech. Tim is skilled in planning, organizing, and managing on-site development, as well as supervising subcontractors and workers on multi-million dollar projects. Tim is proficient in implementing tracking of changes and incorporating as-built drawings.
