Allison Johnson is currently the Director of Operations in the Employee Benefit Division at Martin Insurance Group. Allison has been with the company since 2008, starting as a Broker Support Team Lead. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Director of Christian Education at Redeemer Lutheran Church and Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church. Allison also has experience in sales as a Sales Representative at Old Navy. Allison began their career in education and childcare as a Student Worker at Concordia University Chicago. Allison's experience includes receptionist duties, claims specialist work, youth and children's ministry, and sales responsibilities.
