Crystal Chacon

Crystal Chacon has over a decade of experience in administrative roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant for Critical Care Services at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital since March 2017, Crystal provides essential organizational support to the Emergency Department Clinical Manager and collaborates extensively within the organization to align with its goals. Previous experience includes a position as Sr. Coordinator at Northridge Hospital Medical Center from January 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included supervising clerical staff across multiple departments, managing staffing schedules, conducting quality assurance audits, and assisting in staff training and computer system upgrades. Crystal holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
