Kay has experience in entity formation, qualification, withdrawal, and various other regulatory filings in 38 states. Kay also has experience in maintenance of subsidiary minute books, draft consents and resolutions, prepare and file assumed name certificates, trademark, and service mark applications, prepare and file post-registration documents with the USPTO, prepare and file UCC financing statements, amendments and terminations, create and maintain organizational charts and organizational subsheets for subsidiaries, gather, review, analyze and organize documents, records, and information for internal and external inquiries, compile board meeting materials using an electronic board portal, work closely with Secretaries of State and Corporate Service Company, preparation and electronic filing of Section 16 insider trading filings, electronically filed Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission through EDGAR, assist with M&A due diligence and transaction work.

Kay Crouch has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Paralegal Certification from The Center for Legal Studies, and an Accounting Diploma from Branell Business College.
