Randy Hannan

Randy Hannan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randy is currently working at Martin Waymire as the Senior Public Relations Director, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Communications Strategist at the same company from September 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Martin Waymire, Randy was an Associate at Sustainable Strategies DC from April 2018 to September 2021. At the same time, they also served as the President of SYNOPTIC LLC from April 2018 to September 2021. In 2018, Randy took on the role of Director Of Operations at Capital Area Manufacturing Council from June to April. Randy gained extensive experience in the government sector through their various roles in the Office of Mayor Virg Bernero, starting in 2006. During their tenure, they served as Chief of Staff from February 2012 to December 2017, Executive Assistant from July 2011 to December 2017, Director Of Communications from January 2006 to December 2017, and Deputy Chief of Staff from January 2006 to July 2011. Prior to this, Randy worked as the Chief Of Staff in the Office of State Senator Virg Bernero from January 2003 to December 2005. Randy began their career as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Senate Minority Leader Art Miller, Jr. in September 1988 and remained in that role until July 1999.
