Richelle Marting JD, MHSA, RHIA, CPC, CEMC, CPMA is an accomplished attorney and healthcare professional with extensive experience in managed care contracting, legal aspects of healthcare, and compliance. Currently serving as an Attorney at Marting Law, LLC and as the Director of Managed Care Contracting at North Kansas City Hospital, Richelle has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Director of Managed Care Contracting and Interim System Privacy Officer. With a strong background in health law education as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Richelle has contributed to healthcare reimbursement systems and compliance training for healthcare professionals. Prior experience includes strategic roles in compliance coordination, legal practice, and medical coding instruction. Richelle holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, an MHSA from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and a B.S. in Health Information Management from The University of Kansas.
