Andrew Weir

Andrew Weir is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Martingale Cognac since April 2023 while also holding the title of Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer. Concurrently, Weir acts as the Creator, Host, and Executive Producer at Burns Distilled since January 2022 and is a member of the GlobalScot Network, which supports ambitious Scottish enterprises. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Strategic Business Development at Casa Lumbre, Brand Business Leader for Aberlour Single Malt Scotch Whisky at Pernod Ricard, and various managerial roles at William Grant & Sons. Weir has also contributed to the arts as a Board Member of the National Theatre of Scotland America and as a professional actor with numerous credits. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Public Relations from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Walden University.
