Federico Lanciai

Federico Lanciai is a highly experienced Research Development Process Engineer currently at MartinoRossi, with a prior role as a Process Engineer at Perfect Day, where contributions included tech transfer and scale-up for commercial beta-lactoglobulin production. With a solid background in R&D as the Manager and head of the Microbiology Lab at Teracell Srl, Federico developed over ten commercial products and led microbiology initiatives, while also scouting new technologies to enhance lab competitiveness.
