Cabe Morphew

Cabe Morphew is an experienced professional in lean manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Lean Manufacturing Manager and Senior Lean Engineer at Martinrea International since August 2013, contributing to corporate lean operations development. Prior to this, Cabe held the position of Senior Program Manager at AM General for a brief period in 2013, focusing on vehicle order verification and engineering plans. As Director of IT and Program Manager at The Vehicle Production Group LLC from June 2005 to April 2013, Cabe was instrumental in bringing an ADA compliant vehicle to market as the first employee of a start-up OEM. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Emsix, Inc. as COO from 1999 to 2005, managing operations for a web hosting company, and serving as Automotive Operations Supervisor at Carron & Company from 1995 to 1999, overseeing a large team in a substantial facility. Cabe Morphew holds a Bachelor of Science in Vehicle Design & Engineering from Central Michigan University.
