Hina Kolachi

Hina Kolachi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Martinrea International since September 2016, Hina has progressively advanced from a Human Resources Assistant to coordinate and manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, policy development, and employee relations. Prior roles include Recruitment Consultant at Arrow Professional Services and Human Resources support at SBE Ltd., alongside specialized recruitment at Transline Group Canada Inc. Hina began a career in customer service at Shoppers Drug Mart, ultimately supervising customer service operations while also engaging in HR functions. Hina holds a degree in Pre-Health Science from George Brown College and a Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic.
