Justin Antonyraj

Justin Antonyraj has a strong background in project management and quality assurance. Justin is currently working as a Technical Project Lead at Martinrea International, where they lead and develops project plans for new projects and coordinates engineering changes. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Engineering CPR Inc., ensuring that quality standards were met in the manufacturing of medical equipment. Justin also worked as a New Product Development Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where they were responsible for evaluating and setting targets for vehicle dynamics attributes. Additionally, they served as a Project Quality Engineer at Isuzu Motors India Pvt. Ltd., leading the quality team for process and product quality of the bodyshop. Justin began their career as a Process Engineer at Honda Cars India Ltd., where they prepared process layouts and assembly line layouts for production. Overall, Justin has a diverse range of experience in project management, quality assurance, and engineering.

Justin Antonyraj completed their Master's degree in Automotive Engineering at the University of Windsor from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained various certifications. Justin became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in October 2023. Justin also earned a certification in "Becoming a Six Sigma Green Belt" from LinkedIn in September 2022 and completed a course in Robot Programming from KUKA in August 2022. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor and ISO 19011:2018 Quality Management Systems Auditing from BSI in December 2020. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Quality Technician (CQT) from ASQ - World Headquarters, which they received in July 2020.
