Paul Pelc, MBA, has extensive experience in continuous improvement and logistics, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Martinrea International since September 2022. Previously, Paul worked as a Lead Engineering Analyst at Ciber Global, supporting Ford Motor Company with engineering sign-offs and data systems management. Other roles include Master Scheduler at Faurecia overseeing the Cadillac CT6 program, Field Operations Supervisor at Advantage Resourcing ensuring efficient logistics for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and various positions in material and logistics management at American Axle Manufacturing and MSX International. Paul also has experience as a teacher and operated a landscaping business. Paul holds an MBA in International Marketing from Baker College, a Teaching Certification from Saginaw Valley State University, and a B.S. in Business Logistics Marketing from Wayne State University.
