Todd Bixby

Todd Bixby has a strong background in sales and operations management. Todd most recently worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc. Prior to that, they held positions at Bimbo Bakeries USA as the Director of Sales, where they had full P&L ownership for $126 million in sales revenue and managed a team of 32 Managers, 110 Union employees, and 160 Owner Operators. Todd also has experience as a Zone Vice President at Sara Lee Bakery Group Inc, where they were responsible for sales and operations management and had full P&L responsibility for $80 million in sales. Additionally, they were a General Manager at Aramark Uniform Services and a Unit General Manager at Pepsi Cola Bottling Group.
