Heather Giordano

Heather Giordano has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Martin's Point Health Care, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kaman Corporation as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2021 to 2023. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Kaman Specialty Bearings and Engineered Products. Before that, they held positions at Kaman Industrial Technologies as the Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017 and as a Sr HR Manager from 2015 to 2016. Heather also has experience at Travelers as an HR Manager/Comp Manager from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they worked at Cargill as a Global Compensation Professional from 2009 to 2011 and at Pfizer in various HR roles from 2001 to 2008.

Heather Giordano has a BA in Psychology from the University of Maine. Heather also holds an MA in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
