Jen Bullock

Jen Bullock currently serves as the Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Martin's Point Health Care, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jen held various leadership positions at Point32Health from July 2021 to January 2024, including Director of Enrollment Operations and Director of Membership Operations for Medicare. Jen's experience also includes serving as Director of Membership Operations for Senior Products and Director of Public Plans Member & Provider Services at Tufts Health Plan between January 2017 and June 2023. Earlier in Jen's career, significant roles included Director of Member Services and Director of Customer Service & Operations at Massachusetts Health Connector, along with managerial positions at Tufts Health Plan. Jen holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Simmons College and a B.S. in Education from Syracuse University.
