Michael Dilios, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of work experience in various project management roles. Michael began their career as the Owner/Operator of Maquoit Market, where they managed daily operations, financials, marketing, and human resources. In 2000, they sold the business and transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer/Project Manager at Pearl Investments, LLC. There, they developed and implemented operational strategies for an automated equities trading hedge fund, led software project teams, and worked with Venture Capital firms for project and fundraising activities. In 2006, Michael joined Smart Execution, LLC/Petruzzi Securities, LLC as a Senior Project Manager/Chief Compliance Officer, leading a comprehensive project to restore and develop the company into a fully functional automated trading/brokerage firm specializing in custom low latency trading algorithms. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Senior Project Manager at SG Cap Trading, managing software integration projects for automated direct market access trading. At MaineGeneral Health from 2011 to 2014, Michael worked as a Project Team Lead, creating and executing the training project plan for the company-wide integration to Soarian Financials, coordinating a team of trainers, and standardizing policies and procedures. Currently, Michael is working at Martin's Point Health Care as a Senior IT Project Manager, managing various medium to large scale enterprise-level projects and assisting in developing a company-wide PMO. Michael has experience managing both Agile and Waterfall software development projects and is highly skilled in project management and team coordination.

Michael Dilios, PMP, CSM obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Maine. In addition to their degree, they hold the certifications of Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2017, and Project Management Professional - PMP from PMI.ORG, which they obtained in May 2010.
