Alexandra Acosta

Alexandra Acosta is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the investment management sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Capricorn Investment Group since March 2025, Acosta previously held similar positions at Ethic and RTW Investments, LP. Prior roles include Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Greentech Capital Advisors and Wafra Inc., as well as a Compliance Associate at Goldman Sachs. Acosta began career development with operational due diligence at Lyxor Asset Management and gained foundational experience through internships and externships at UBS Investment Bank and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Acosta holds a JD in Securities and Finance from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Florida International University.
