Andrew Shaw is an experienced leader in recruitment and business development, currently serving as Head of Product Search (Client Engagement) at The Product Recruiter since January 2024. With a focus on Product Management, Marketing, Design, and Technical Leadership, Andrew engages with Technology leaders to build effective Product teams. Employed as Head of Executive Search at Martyn Bassett Associates since January 2017, Andrew leads a team specializing in placing executive-level talent within technology firms. As the Founder and CEO of Chooz Happy Sales & Leadership Consulting since July 2012, Andrew demonstrates entrepreneurial skills in consulting. Previous roles include Senior Executive Consultant at Investors Group, Vice President/Co-Founder at Canada Shelving Ltd., and various management positions at TELUS. Andrew began a career in sales with Xerox as an Account Executive. Educational qualifications include attendance at York University and Western University, alongside earlier education at Albert Campbell Collegiate.
