Steve Martin

Steve Martin is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Maru Hospitality Group since September 2022, Steve previously held various managerial roles, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts between December 2017 and November 2021. Prior to that, Steve was the Restaurant General Manager at LGO Hospitality LLC from May 2015 to December 2017, and also served as General Manager at Maru Hospitality Group from June 2011 to April 2015. Steve's academic background includes a degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University, completed from 2009 to 2012.
