Diana Zierk, FLMI, FFSI, AAPA, ACS, AIRC, has over 15 years of experience in the field of IT Business Analysis. Diana began their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative at AT&T Mobile Tel. In 2008, they joined Horace Mann and held various positions such as Manager, Training and Implementation, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Annuity Specialist II, and Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they moved to Illinois Department of Revenue as a Revenue Tax Specialist. Currently, they are working as an IT Business Analyst at MSF&W Consulting, Inc and as an IT Business Systems Analyst at Horace Mann.

Diana Zierk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Roosevelt University, specializing in Management, as well as a BBA from Robert Morris University in Illinois, specializing in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Diana has also obtained five certifications from LOMA, including Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) in October 2019, Fellow, Life Management Institute in August 2018, Fellow, Financial Services Institute in December 2014, Associate, Customer Service - Annuities in July 2013, and Associate, Annuity Products and Administration in December 2012.
