Ben Reynolds

Ben Reynolds has extensive experience in motorsport, currently serving as a Sub Assembly Technician at Marussia F1 Team since April 2012, where collaboration with engineers is key to refining designs. Previously, Ben held the position of Race Mechanic, working closely with drivers Timo Glock and Jules Bianchi to ensure high standards of car assembly under time constraints. Early in 2012, Ben was a Mechanic in Formula 2 and, prior to that, worked at Lola Cars as a Race Car Build Technician, contributing to the build of new Le Mans cars. Ben's career began as Chief Mechanic at Team West-Tec from 2007 to 2011. Educational background includes an NVQ level 2 in Motorsport Technician from Tresham Motorsport College and earlier schooling at Latimer School.
