Sanjiv Sinha

Sanjiv Sinha has extensive experience in Human Resources, primarily at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Sanjiv currently serves as the Sr. Vice President - HR & Head of Training Academy. Sinha has held various HR leadership positions within the company, including Deputy General Manager roles in Plant HR & IR and HR for the Commercial Business. Prior to Maruti Suzuki, Sanjiv worked at TAFE Limited and National Productivity Council, providing HR consulting services. Sinha holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed postgraduate diplomas in HR and Industrial Engineering.
