The Freight Transportation segment is mainly engaged in the local, truck, rail container and air transportation of freight, the transportation, carrying in and out, fitting of deadweight cargoes, and other transportation-related businesses. The Distribution Cargo segment is engaged in the food logistics and distribution cargo-related business. The Liquid Transportation segment is engaged in the transportation of petroleum, chemical products, and other liquid transportation-related businesses. The International Logistics segment is engaged in the marine container transportation, international airfreight transportation, and other international logistics-related businesses. In addition, the Company is also involved in the leasing of real estate, the agency of insurance and other businesses. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 27 subsidiaries.
