Heike Freund

Heike Freund has worked for various companies starting from their internship at BASF in 2006, followed by internships at Mercedes Benz HPE and A.T. Kearney in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Heike then joined McKinsey & Company in 2010, where they held the positions of Consultant, Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, and finally a Partner. Her most recent work experience is with Marvel Fusion, where they started working in 2020 as the COO.

Heike Freund holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD, which they earned in 2013. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) / Diplom degree between 2004 and 2010.
