Dwayne R. Shirley, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in advanced packaging technology development. Currently serving as Director at Marvell Technology since 2021, Dwayne specializes in driving innovation for the Accelerated Computing market, focusing on thermal, mechanical, and assembly processes in AI, Cloud, Silicon Photonics, and Data Center products. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager in Packaging Engineering at Inphi Corporation, where Dwayne led new product introductions and validated assembly processes, and various engineering positions at Qualcomm and Texas Instruments, demonstrating expertise in supplier quality and advanced semiconductor packaging.
