Lijuan Zhang

Lijuan Zhang is a highly experienced engineer specializing in integrated circuit packaging, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Marvell Technology since January 2015, with previous roles as Senior Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes work as a Technology Development Reliability Engineer at IBM, focusing on advanced technology nodes and 3D Cu TSV process development. Lijuan also has an academic background as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, emphasizing electromigration reliability, alongside earlier research experience at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
