Matt Croft

Matt Croft, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Marvell Technology since June 2018, Matt previously held the position of Senior Manager, Accounting, contributing to the company's acquisition of Cavium. Prior to Marvell, Matt worked at QLogic, a subsidiary of Cavium, from July 2011 to June 2018 as the International Accounting Manager, and held various roles including US Accounting Manager and Sr. Accountant. Earlier experience includes a Financial Reporting Specialist position at Western Digital from August 2008 to July 2011, focused on SEC Reporting, and an audit role at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2006 to August 2008. Matt's educational background includes degrees from Azusa Pacific University and San José State University.
