Mehdi Noormohammadi Khiarak

Mehdi Noormohammadi Khiarak is a Principal Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer at Marvell Technology, where responsibilities include leading the Rx/Tx PLL for 1.6 Tbps Coherent Optical Transceivers since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Member of Technical Staff at Rambus, focusing on Rx/DFE for 32Gbps Multi-Standard SerDes IP, and as a Staff Analog Design Engineer at Semtech, developing 200–400 Gb/s Datacom Transceivers and SerDes Products. Academic contributions were made as a Research Assistant at Université Laval, where innovations included the design and fabrication of CMOS fluorescence biosensors with advanced ADC conversion and wireless data transmission techniques, and at Sharif University of Technology, contributing to the design of a pipelined ADC. Mehdi Noormohammadi Khiarak holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Université Laval, a Master’s Degree in Microelectronic Circuits from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tabriz.
