Pavan Deshpande

Pavan Deshpande is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in DevOps and quality assurance spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Engineer DevOps-QA and Lab Manager at Marvell Technology since October 2020, Pavan is responsible for pipeline creation and execution in daily builds and regression activities, alongside Linux administration. Previous roles include DevOps and Lead SQA Engineer at Sleep Number LABS, where expertise was demonstrated in AWS cloud services, server automation with Terraform and Ansible, and CI/CD implementation in microservices architecture. Pavan’s career also includes significant positions at BAM LABS INC, Bosch, VSP Vision Care, OSHPAD, and IBM, focusing on quality engineering, automation, and testing. Pavan holds a Master’s degree in Fiber Optical Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
