Sigal Eyal

Sigal Eyal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various regions. Currently serving as the EMEA & South East Asia Regional Senior Director of Human Resources at Marvell Semiconductor since July 2002, Sigal oversees HR teams in Israel, Europe, and emerging markets in Asia, including India, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for Europe at Marvell Semiconductor, HR Director at TTI Telecom, and VP of Human Resources at both NICE Systems and Kulicke & Soffa. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, and certification in Dynamic Group Therapy Training from Kibbutzim College of Education. Sigal is also involved in the International Human Resources Executive Development Program at Cornell University and has pursued further studies in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at the Technion.
