Vincent He

Vincent Vincent is currently a Staff Engineer in ASIC Physical Design at Marvell, focusing on N5 tech node block implementation, flow maintenance, and IP release and update. Previously, Vincent served as a Senior TD OPC Engineer at Shanghai Huaheng Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., where they worked on advanced node metal OPC recipe scripting and mask tapeout processes. Before that, Vincent was the Lead Product Engineer at Knet Design Systems, specializing in 3DIC platform solutions. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Physics from Wuhan University of Technology and multiple PhDs in Materials Physics and Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Science and Technology of China.
