Rafael Pedroso

Rafael Pedroso has a diverse work experience. Rafael started their career as an Operations Intern at 99 in October 2017. Rafael then moved on to become an Operations Analyst, contributing to the expansion of the 99Pop service to over 500 cities. Rafael also worked as a Senior Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for planning regional operations, analyzing results, and developing strategies. Rafael later joined Hash as a Strategy Operations professional. In this role, they were responsible for pricing, business planning, analyzing KPIs, and developing strategic presentations. Rafael also worked in business development, collaborating with the new business team, studying market segments, and improving customer conversion rates. Most recently, Rafael joined Marvin as the Head of Business Intelligence.

Rafael Pedroso attended the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
