Currently serving as the Manager of Electronic Operations & Harness Assembly at Marvin Engineering, Art previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Avionics and Harness Assembly at Space Exploration Technologies, where responsibilities included managing a team of 25 Electro-Mechanical Assemblers and 18 Harness Assembly Personnel. Art's earlier experience at Boeing Satellite Systems involved managing Power and Digital Electronics Assembly Operations for both government and commercial satellite contracts, emphasizing expertise in the oversight of printed circuit boards and various assembly processes.
