Darren Bond

Darren Bond has extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Marvin Engineering Co. since May 2004. In this role, Darren reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Operations and oversees a multi-site facility that specializes in electro-mechanical assemblies and fracture critical flight hardware, supervising, training, and mentoring 180 direct report employees and directing twelve front line supervisors. Prior to this, Darren worked at STADCO - Standard Tool & Die Company from August 1996 to May 2004, starting as a Master Machinist and advancing to Plant Manager, where oversight of over 30 machinists was a primary responsibility. Darren also pursued education at Glendale Community College from 2000 to 2005.
