Lowell Parsons

Lowell Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lowell began their career in 1977 as an RM1 (SS) in the US Navy, serving until 1983. In 1984, they joined Litton Laser Systems (Northrop Grumman 2001) as a Test Engineer and later became a Senior Test Engineer, staying with the company until 2000. From there, Lowell joined Marvin Test Solutions in 2000 and held multiple roles including Senior Projects Manager, Senior Programs Manager, and currently, they serve as the Director of System Engineering since March 2017.

Lowell Parsons attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) degree. The field of study for both degrees was not specified.
