Ashley (Harris) Lukasik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within various organizations. As an Executive Board Member at both Marwen and the Design Museum of Chicago, Ashley contributes strategic insights and guidance. As the Founder and CEO of Murmur Ring, Ashley leads efforts to create impactful initiatives. Additionally, Ashley serves as a Co-Producer for The New Bauhaus and as a Mentor at 1871, fostering growth and collaboration in emerging sectors. Ashley holds an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a focus on Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Marwen
Founded in 1987, Marwen is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and inspiring young people to nurture their growth and build their futures through art and community. The support young people in grades 6–12 through free visual arts, college planning, and career preparation programs. Students from 55 of the city’s 57 zip codes and from more than 220 schools travel to Marwen, where they take classes designed and taught by practicing artists.
