Nayan Ghosh

Nayan Ghosh currently serves as the Director and Head of Life Sciences & HealthTech at Marwood Group, beginning in May 2024, where responsibilities include providing market access, evidence, reimbursement, regulation, and commercial strategy guidance for emerging innovations in healthcare. As a Commercial & Regulatory Advisor and Head of Commercial & Regulatory Strategy at Arcade Therapeutics since February 2021, Ghosh plays a pivotal role in pursuing FDA authorizations for innovative game-based treatments for anxiety and depression. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President, Associate, and Senior Analyst at Marwood Group from September 2017 to February 2021 and as an Analyst at Duff & Phelps from June 2015 to August 2017. Ghosh also has a background in research, having worked as a Hughes Fellow and Research Assistant at Wesleyan University and as an Academic Associate at Mount Sinai St. Luke's. Ghosh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Society with a focus on Biology, Bioinformatics, and Modeling from Wesleyan University.
