John Hoover

John Hoover has over two decades of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, and tooling. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Assembly Tooling Manager at Marwood International Inc. since March 2013, John previously held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer at Mytox Manufacturing and Maintenance Team Leader at Accuride Corporation, where John implemented continuous improvement projects and managed extensive contractor work. Further experience includes positions at Fleetwood Metal Industries, MTS Machine, and Rite-Form Tool & Die, focusing on tool design, troubleshooting processes, and managing production efficiency. John holds a General Machinist Diploma and has completed a Tool & Die Maker Apprenticeship at Fanshawe College.
