Malav Gandhi

Malav Gandhi is an experienced technician and engineer with a strong background in process management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Process Technician at Marwood International Inc. since August 2023, Malav is responsible for developing and improving work instructions, coaching operators, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Previously, Malav worked at THK RHYTHM AUTOMOTIVE as an E Coat/Paint Process Technician, maintaining paint line process parameters and conducting lab tests. Malav's earlier role at Darshini Engineers involved production engineering and drafting for material handling systems. Malav holds a Postgraduate Degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by practical training in mechanical engineering.
