As Assistant Vice President of Operations, Audra Jeske acts as a primary liaison between shared services departments and regional stakeholders to align efforts and objectives to achieve Marx|Okubo’s strategic vision. In her 25 years at Marx|Okubo, she has developed a strong understanding of company practices, policies, and procedures. Combined with her gift for analytical problem-solving, she ensures that the firm has tools and processes in place to meet their clients’ needs.
Audra has served in various roles in her time at Marx|Okubo, beginning with hands-on project administration work, where she gained experience and identified opportunities to streamline processes, enhance communication, and capture data. She has developed and documented policies and protocols for the execution of work across service types and clients, while organizing and maintaining knowledge resources and templates for companywide use. In recent years, her primary focus has been building Marx|Okubo’s technology department to support staff in the execution of their work, while continually innovating to maintain the firm’s place as a leader in the industry. She is the steward of several company databases on subjects ranging from general client and project details to construction cost estimating.
Audra holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Portland State University. In addition, she has obtained a Business Analyst Certificate from the University of California, Irvine, and completed the Business Analytics for Leaders program from the University of California Berkeley Executive Education. She is currently pursuing a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University’s external education unit.
