Joseph Milam

Joseph Milam, Director of Mechanical Engineering and Assistant Vice President, oversees the technical areas of Marx|Okubo's mechanical, electrical, and fire protection services.

He has over 25 years of experience in consulting engineering, including surveys, evaluations, and the design of building systems.

Joe's areas of expertise include property condition assessments; building diagnostics and forensic investigations; energy assessments and consulting; ENERGY STAR benchmarking; LEED consulting; LEED GAP analysis; IAQ proactive monitoring, complaint response, and mitigation; commissioning of new and existing buildings; systems training; operations and maintenance reviews; and design peer reviews.
