Matt Hoey

Matt Hoey, AVP of Technology, is based out of the San Francisco office and serves the company by identifying new technologies, workflow enhancements, and new innovative business lines of service that allow the firm to perform its best work and maximize value for clients. As an architect and practitioner with over ten years of experience performing all core services, Matt has unique insight that aids the evaluation of new platforms, systems and tools—many having been successfully tested, custom developed and deployed across the company.

Prior to being a technology lead for the company, Matt earned the responsibility of project lead for services including owner's representation, construction loan monitoring, property condition assessments, and design and constructability reviews. His projects for the firm span most building types and have included construction quality inspections, work in water damage restoration, sustainability reviews and budget reviews.
