Jared Ledoux

Jared LeDoux, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center since January 2025 and as an Adjunct Instructor at Louisiana State University, teaching HR Analytics in a fully online graduate course since August 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Jared previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Premier Health and Director of Human Resources at Our Lady of the Lake, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational development, employee relations, and leadership development programs. Jared's academic background includes several teaching roles at Louisiana State University and Southeastern Louisiana University, focusing on psychology and human resource education, coupled with a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University.
