Susan Dickerson

Susan Dickerson has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Susan started their career as a Personnel Manager at Cortana Mall and later became the Director of Training/Development and Staffing at Maison Blanche Department Stores. Susan then worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at City National Bank, where they managed employee relations, compensation, and staffing functions. Susan also served as a Vice President, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase, leading major HR and business initiatives for a large organization. Susan later joined Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation as an Organization and Staffing Administrator. Susan'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.

Susan Dickerson attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.
