Lou Russo

Lou Russo has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Lou started their career as a Regional Business Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2009 to 2014. Later, they served as a Director of Operations at Shoeless Joe's Limited from 2014 to 2018, where they were responsible for continuous improvement and new store openings. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Monarch & Misfits, a franchise concept that focuses on creating unique restaurants. Currently, Lou Russo holds the position of Vice President of Operations Eastern Canada at Mary Brown's Chicken, and previously they held the role of Regional Vice President of Operations for Central Canada.
